The Baudo's clan moved to West Tennessee in 1964 from their native Chicago. At first, they were ambivalent about the move. But, they found it so
pleasant that they decided they liked Jackson better. Yet there was one thing that Helen Baudo missed about Chicago; good Italian food - especially pizza!
Although Helen is a Persian, she developed a taste for Italian food while cooking for her large family
